I discovered this plastic label in U. S. A..
A slit allows you to position it around a branch of which the diameter can reach 3 cm. The hole is moved away from the center in order the label stays stable on its vertical axle.

This labelling is obvious for visitors. It is very visible and stays aesthetically pleasing.
If this kind of labelling attacks your senses you can leave the permanent labels in stainless steel and put these plastic labels only the days you have visitors. They are put on the rhododendrons very quickly.
